Why LP on Pendle? Providing liquidity on Pendle is one of the best ways to farm with your assets with zero IL and zero price impact, making it an ideal avenue for all sizes from whales to dolphins, minnows, carps and more 🐟🐠🦈🎣

Since the amount of PT won't match 100% of the YT amount, you'll have some left over PT or YT. You will only need to sell this amount into the underlying asset - the only step that will incur any price impact at all ⚡

Next, pair the PT received with the YT in your position to redeem the underlying asset (e.g. GLP) with zero price impact.

Sizing Out ☔ To exit your position with the least price impact: Remove liquidity manually to get the underlying asset (e.g. GLP) and PT (e.g. PT-GLP) with zero price impact

With Zero Price Impact mode, your initial amount of PT (in the LP position) and YT will be exactly the same. Overtime, the PT amount may change due to swaps happening in the pool.

After executing this, you'll hold a YT position (on top of the the LP position), which will stream yield to you overtime.

Sizing In 💦 Normally, LPs incur some price impact but with Zero Price Impact mode, just as the name suggests, price impact is completely eliminated. Long story short, you'll be able to size in without affecting the price, letting you get and keep more bang out of your buck
