A great attempt that very nearly succeeded too, since YT-aUSDC appreciated in price from 5.165% Implied APY to 5.252% within this short window. For most of the time, aUSDC deposit APY was also higher than 5.165% APY, ping-ponging between 5%-9.83%.

All of these in just ~12 days. In fact, Pineapple didn't make a single trade after closing the gDAI position. That was until 2 days ago, when they made a move to scoop up some YT-aUSDC at ~5.165% Implied APY. Perhaps in a last attempt to vie for the top 2 spots?

4️⃣ Pineapple on Pizza! The name may be yucky, but the yield trading prowess here is certainly a sight to behold. It's clear from their actions that this user is a yield-trading veteran, predicting and catching the highs and lows of gDAI yield in ways that only an expert could

Historically, GRAIL-ARB underlying APY has always been higher than implied APY aside from those 2 weeks in November. During the course of the competition, underlying APY hovered between 10-12% most of the time, which meant positive inflow for the user in this period of time.

Interestingly, the user has been accumulating YT-GRAIL-ARB since early October, and never stopped even during the Season.

For @SiloFinance sUSDC.e, the story is the same as before - buy YT in November, HODL and claim rewards throughout the season. This strategy was responsible for ~60% of the total earnings (+$215.35)

🥉0xf08 We've all heard of the saying "do not put all your eggs in one basket", and this is precisely what this user did. Instead of "go big or go home" with just one big bet, 0xf08 spread the money around YTs, with most of them in Silo sUSDC.e and Camelot GRAIL-ARB

For a brief period of time, 0x5d6 was top of the leaderboard but alas, having half as much YT-sUSDC.e meant that USE PNP mPENDLE eventually outpaced them in earnings. Interestingly, 0x5d6 would have actually benefitted from Silo sUSDC.e slowing down or dropping 🤔

🥈 0x5d6 This user made a name for themselves as the OG "do nothing" yield trader. The strategy employed here is exactly the same as what we've seen in the top trader: 1. Buy YT-sUSDC.e in November 2. HODL and collect yield

Also shoutout for making full use of the Leaderboard as your personal ad space. Touché good ser, touché...

This Long Yield strategy allowed the user to enjoy and received leveraged yield exposure to sUSDC.e at "8.9%", but only paying "6.6%". Since the beginning of the Season, their YT has accrued ~$1000 in rewards Including the $ARB prize, that's +$12,100 with just $1,957 capital 🤯

When the Season rolled around, they held on to their YT and simply collected the yield. During this period of time, the Underlying APY of @SiloFinance sUSDC.e increased from ~6.2% to ~8.9% in 7DMA APY at its peak.

🥇 USE PNP mPENDLE The champ essentially made one and only one trade to clinch the top spot. From 24-25 November, the users bought YT-sUSDC.e in two separate transactions, with an average Implied APY entry of ~6.6%.
